Turkey or ham, fruit and vegetable mini kebabs

These tiny scones are little bites of perfection.

Ingredients

  • Slices of turkey or ham
  • Cherry tomatoes
  • Fresh vegetables of your choice such as cucumber and red peppers
  • Fruit of your choice – apples work well
  • Kebab skewers

Method

  1. Chop the fruit and vegetables into cubes big enough to go on the kebab skewers.
  2. Skewer fruit, vegetables and ham or turkey slices – this will create a colourful and tasty addition to any lunchbox, and keep the little ones going until dinner!
