Perfect pitta pockets

Fill a pitta with your favourite filling. So simple – and so tasty!

Ingredients

  • 2 mini buttered whole-wheat pitta pockets
  • 25g shredded ham or beef
  • 2 chopped gem lettuce leaves
  • 3 thick slices of cucumber cut into sticks

Method

  1. Butter the pitta pockets with ANCHOR Lighter Spreadable.
  2. Stuff the pockets with all the prepared ingredients – and enjoy!
