Veggie Picnic Pittas

Ingredients

  • 60g packet of halloumi, cut into slices
  • 12.5g/1–2oz seasoned flour
  • Sundried tomatoes in oil
  • Small handful chopped fresh mint
  • Pittas/bread rolls
  • ANCHOR Lighter Spreadable

Method

  1. Dip the halloumi in the seasoned flour.
  2. Fry on a high heat until golden brown.
  3. Cut and spread the pittas lightly with ANCHOR Lighter Spreadable.
  4. Place 2 slices of halloumi in each roll, followed by 2 sundried tomatoes and a few springs of fresh mint.
  5. Serve!
