Veggie Picnic Pittas
Ingredients
60g packet of halloumi, cut into slices
12.5g/1–2oz seasoned flour
Sundried tomatoes in oil
Small handful chopped fresh mint
Pittas/bread rolls
ANCHOR Lighter Spreadable
Method
Dip the halloumi in the seasoned flour.
Fry on a high heat until golden brown.
Cut and spread the pittas lightly with ANCHOR Lighter Spreadable.
Place 2 slices of halloumi in each roll, followed by 2 sundried tomatoes and a few springs of fresh mint.
Serve!
