What's it all about?

• What is the 'Great Escape'?

  The Anchor "Win a Great Escape" with Alastair Sawday's is a chance for any Anchor customer to win one of 12 luxury cottage holidays.

• How do I get started?

  Simply buy any specially marked pack of Anchor butter (regular or unsalted) Anchor Spreadable, or Anchor Lighter Spreadable (excluding individual portion sizes) and find the unique 9 digit code on the pack. Once you've got that go to the Great Escape page on the website (www.thefreerangebutter.co.uk/greatescape/) and enter your code in the box provided.

• How will I know if I have won?

  1 winner will be randomly chosen each week from the 21st June 2009 and contacted via email within 14 days of being chosen. The last draw will be held on the 31st August 2009.

• How many times can I enter?

  You can enter as often as you like, as long as you by a pack of Anchor butter, however, you can only enter 5 codes per day.

• How old do I have to be to enter?

  You must be over 18 years of age to take part in this promotion.

Prize:

• What is the prize?

  Each prize consists of a week in one of 30 specially selected Alastair Sawday's self catering accommodation in the UK (for full list of available properties click here) to the value of £1,500 plus £1,500 spending money. (if the value of the accommodation you have chosen is less than £1,500 in the week you have chosen to travel, additional spending money will be supplied to a total prize value of £3,000)

• How do I claim my prize?

  Once you've been informed that you have won, you have 20 days to respond to your notification email confirming the acceptance of your prize. You can then look through all the different venues Alastair Sawday's has specially selected for this promotion and send through a choice of 3 different locations and times that you would like to take your holiday.

• When to I need to book my holiday by?

  You will need to confirm your holiday by 30th November 2009, however you have until 31st August 2010 to take your trip.

• When will I receive my spending money?

  Once you have booked your luxury cottage holiday we will send you a confirmation of the booking. We will then send out a cheque in your name to your confirmed address within 28 days.

• Can I change my holiday once it has been booked?

  Each accommodation has its own cancellation policy which will be outlined at the time of booking. Any changes or cancellations will have to be made in accordance with the property's policy, and change or cancellation fees will be the responsibility of the winner.

• Can I transfer my prize?

  Unfortunately prizes are non-transferable.

• Can I choose a property that is not listed on www.thefreerangebutter.co.uk/greatescape/

  Only the properties listed are part of the promotion.

• Are there any costs I should be aware of?

  The prize only covers the costs of the cottage holiday, any other costs such as travel expenses etc will need to be covered by the spending money provided. Each holiday accommodation will require security deposit of £100 paid upon arrival, but this will be returned upon check out of the accommodation, provided no damage has been incurred.

• So where can I get codes from again?

  On-pack codes are available on any specially marked pack of Anchor butter, Spreadable and Lighter, while stocks last.

• How many codes can I enter?

  You can enter as many codes as you want for the duration of the promotion, but you can only enter 5 per account per day.

• Can I enter a code more than once?

  Sorry but each code can only be used one time.

• How many cows will I get for each code?

  Entering a code from a 250g pack of Anchor butter or Spreadable will give you one cow and you'll get two cows from the codes on 500g packs. If you want four cows simply enter a code from our 1kg Spreadable tub and you'll be really close to a lovely reward!

• How can I get a free bonus cow?

  Bonus cows are our extra special way of saying thanks. Look For now you can collect a bonus cow when you answer our short questionnaire at registration, but look out for more bonus cows soon!

• I'm collecting Make a Moo tokens, can I use them in the Great Rewards Round Up?

  Sorry, but you can only use Make a Moo tokens for the Make a Moo collector scheme. Additionally, Great Rewards Round Up codes cannot be used in the Make a Moo programme. Make a Moo ends on 31 May 2009.

  Your information will only be held by us in order to confirm whether you have won the weekly prize. If you've ticked the box when registering to receive email communication from us, we will keep your details and send you further information on promotions and events we think you'll like.

• Why am I getting a message that says 'invalid code' when I enter my code?

  You may be entering it incorrectly. Please check to make sure that you enter all 9 digits, reading from left to right. If you're still having problems please let us know what your code is and which product type and size your code came from. You can contact us by going to the 'Contact us' page (add link) and choosing the 'Great Escape' option from the drop down box or by calling 0845 070 1109, Monday to Friday, 9am-5pm.
