Full Terms and Conditions

  1. Offer open to UK residents only with the exception of employees and their families of Arla Foods Ltd, its agents or anyone associated with the administration of this promotion.
  2. If you are under the age of 16 you must get a parent or guardian's signature to enter.
  3. Last date for receipt of applications is 31.05.09. The Days Out Vouchers must be used by 30.09.09.
  4. ‘O’ Tokens will be printed on promotional packs of Anchor block butter, Spreadable and Lighter, while stocks last. Further purchases are necessary and tokens need to be retained in order to exchange against rewards. A full list of rewards is displayed at www.thefreerangebutter.co.uk/makeAMoo/rewards/
  5. Multiple redemptions per collector card are allowed up to a maximum of 30 tokens.
  6. A maximum of 3 free ‘bonus’ tokens per collector card will be accepted. Bonus tokens are available in press advertising (only 1 token from any single magazine title will be accepted), and also via our website; to download a bonus token visit www.thefreerangebutter.co.uk/makeAMoo/freeBonusToken/
  7. Only 1 bonus token via website download per redemption will be accepted. We will ask for your name and address details when registering for a bonus token. The bonus token may only be redeemed by that person and the name and address details given on the collector must match the registration details given for the bonus token.
  8. ‘O’ tokens cannot be exchanged in whole or in part for cash.
  9. ‘O’ tokens that have been altered, amended, defaced, damaged or copied are invalid.
  10. We cannot accept bulk applications from the trade or any consumer group or third party applications.
  11. No responsibility is accepted for applications lost, delayed or damaged in the post. Proof of posting does not constitute proof of receipt.
  12. The Promoter reserves the right to substitute the stated items with alternatives of equal or greater value.
  13. The Promoter reserves the right to alter, amend, suspend or terminate the promotion, in whole or in part, at any time giving three months notice, even though these changes may affect the Anchor Make a Moo reward range that may be offered, or the number of ‘O’ tokens that may be required.
  14. Rewards are subject to availability. If a reward is not available it will be substituted for a reward of equal or greater value. There is no cash alternative to rewards.
  15. The Promotion may be extended and rewards updated at any time.
  16. Redemption collector cards and further information are available at www.thefreerangebutter.co.uk/makeamoo or by telephoning the Make a Moo contact centre on 0845 070 1109. Calls from a BT landline cost max 2p per minute: other providers may vary. Lines are open 9:00am to 5:00pm Monday to Friday.
  17. Send your application with the appropriate number of ‘O’ tokens to Anchor Make a Moo, PO Box 446, St Albans AL4 0YJ.
  18. Make a Moo rewards will be despatched to UK addresses only.
  19. Please allow 28 days for delivery from receipt of application.
  20. Decision of Promoter in all matters is final and binding. The Promoter Arla Foods Ltd. shall not be liable for any loss, damage or liability caused by matters relating to this offer.
