Terms and Conditions

1. The draw is open to UK residents aged 18 years and over only, except employees and their families of Arla Foods Ltd, their agents, third parties, or anyone professionally connected with the organisation of the draw.
2. No purchase is necessary for entry into the draw.
3. To enter, please complete the online entry form in full at www.thefreerangebutter.co.uk with your personal details. Only one entry per week per household.
4. It is only possible to enter this competition online.
5. There will be a total of five weekly prize draws between 03.12.08 and 31.12.08. Closing date for each weekly draw is midnight (at 24:00 hours) on the Wednesday of the week in which the draw takes place. Entries will not be carried over into the following week. Entrants may enter every week. All valid entries received by 03.12.08 will be included in the first draw. Final closing date to enter a weekly draw is midnight (at 24:00 hours) on 31.12.08.
6. There are five individual prizes of two adult and two child size aprons, an Anchor Make A Moo baking kit, a family cookbook, a ready to make gingerbread house and 52 vouchers each redeemable for 250g of Anchor butter.
7. The Promoter reserves the right to substitute the prize with a prize of equivalent value in the event of circumstances outside of their control. There is no cash alternative.
8. All draws will take place under independent supervision and winners will be notified by email within 2 weeks of the date on which the draw takes place. Please ensure that you correctly enter your email address when entering the draw so that we are able to notify you in the event that you are a winner. The promoter's decision will be final in all matters, and no correspondence will be entered into. Winners must respond to the notification email and supply their address for delivery of the prize. If there is no response to a winning notification within 28 days, the promoter reserves the right to redraw the prize in which case the original winner will forfeit any rights to a prize. Winners will receive their prize within 28 days of responding to a winning notification. The Promoter cannot be held responsible for entries corrupted, delayed or not received for any reason whatsoever.
9. By participating in the Promotion, all entrants are deemed to have read, accepted and be bound by these Terms & Conditions and any requirements set out in entry instructions.
10. Please retain a copy of these T's and C's for your information beyond the closing date.
11. 11. For the name and county of the winners please send a stamped self-addressed envelope to "Anchor® Christmas Winners - Carlson Marketing. 116 Putney Bridge Road. London SW15 2RF." Requests must be received by 31.01.09. Please do not send entries to this address.
12. The winner may be required to participate in unpaid promotional related publicity, (including photographic shoots and interviews).
13. Your data will be retained and used for the purpose of the Promotion only.
